ZKP Block Explorer
The BeL2 ZKP Block Explorer is a tool that allows users to independently verify Bitcoin transactions. It contributes to Bitcoin's security and decentralization while enabling integration with smart contracts.
The BeL2 bitcoin ZKP full node manages a chain of proof for every bitcoin block from the origin of the bitcoin blockchain to the present. For each block, it generates several ZK proofs based on previous outputs and new inputs. Once these proofs are completed, users can verify block and transaction inputs and outputs from the BeL2 ZKP full node using devices as simple as a mobile phone.
The ZKP Block Explorer allows users to:
- Verify the input state of any block
- Confirm if a specific transaction was part of a given block
- Check which UTXOs have been spent by a particular transaction
Using the ZKP Block Explorer
The BeL2 proof scanner app is available at https://scan.bel2.org. This app allows users to browse and search proofs, inputs, and outputs.
I displays the ongoing progress of the ZKP full node creation, which is a time-consuming process.
With the app, you can:
- View the current block being processed and which sub-proof is being generated
- Access information about specific blocks
- Examine details of individual transactions
- View information about created proofs, including:
- Raw inputs used to produce the proofs
- Refined inputs used to produce the proofs
- Obtained outputs
